In 2008 Jason began his career with Freedom 55 Financial as Financial Security Advisor. In 2010, he was appointed director, business development, in the Peterborough Financial Centre where he grew a successful team of advisors with consistent recruiting and selection efforts. In January 2015, Jason moved to Head Office in London, ON and was promoted to assistant vice-president; Freedom 55 Financial. Jason was responsible for field management value proposition, new advisor value propositions, field relations and field development departments working closely to implement initiatives focused on development for new advisors and field management. In July of 2017, moving back into the field; Jason was promoted to Managing Director, Ontario East. He manages the offices and regions in Ottawa & Kingston. In 2021, Jason was promoted to the role of Regional Vice President for Canada Life and supports multiple layers of management teams, advisors and the strategies for Ontario Central East. Jason graduated with his Honours, Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Windsor, attained his Masters Degree in 2006 and he achieved both his CHS and CFP designations in 2014. He currently lives in the capital region of Canada, with his son Fergus and dog Rambo. He sits on the board of directors with the Ottawa Senators Foundation working to help put underprivileged youth into sport.
